SA Footnote: Other legislation affecting buildings
In addition to any applicable provisions of the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016 and, the Planning, Development and Infrastructure (General) Regulations 2017, the Planning, Development and Infrastructure (Swimming Pool Safety) Regulations 2019 and this Code, there are a number of other legislative technical requirements affecting the design, construction and/or performance of buildings that practitioners may need to be aware of, including, but not necessarily limited to, the following list.
