In addition to any applicable provisions of the Development Act 1993, the Development Regulations 2008, the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016 and its associated regulations and this Code, there are a number of other legislative technical requirements affecting the design, construction and/or performance of buildings that practitioners may need to be aware of, including, but not necessarily limited to, the following list.
