Footnote: Other legislation affecting buildings
In addition to any applicable provisions of the Plumbers Licensing and Plumbing Standards Regulations 2000, Plumbers Licensing Act 1995, the Building Act 2004 and this code, there are a number of other legislative technical requirements affecting the design, construction, installation, replacement, repair, alteration and maintenance of a plumbing system that practitioners may need to be aware of, including, but not limited to, the following list.
